Dubai: Abdul Salam Al Marri, chief executive of the Lagoons - a project by Sama Dubai, a Dubai Government owned real estate developer, is facing probe. "We just came to know that he has come under investigation," a source close to Sama Dubai, said. Sama Dubai's flagship project, the Lagoons - on Dubai Creek has been delayed. The project is expected to house Dubai Towers, Dubai - the four towers at the core of its development.
