And we have included comparison data for you – from our last stats update in April 2008. So you can see the price change and where was the best place to have you investment

We do now cover more than 8.750 properties for sale in the UAE & Dubai market. Over the last 5 months – the number of properties advertised has more than doubled – which means there is now a bit of pressure on the market and it is turning into a buyers market.

With the new laws about off-plan flipping – we do think the market here will make a correction in the short therm. But this market is quite unpredictable :-) so it can still move up or down. But as usual – you can see the tends after the Ramadan.
